The Garden Retreat

This home underwent a complete transformation focused on functionality, compliance, and high-quality craftsmanship. We corrected and rebuilt an unpermitted garage conversion into fully permitted, comfortable living space; added a new detached garage; and executed a full backyard redevelopment. The overgrown yard was cleared and rebuilt into a private garden retreat, including the conversion of an existing shed into a finished flex space for workout, studio, or she-shed use. From structural fixes to thoughtful exterior upgrades, this project reflects a full-scale general contracting overhaul designed to elevate everyday living.
