This renovation centered around expanding the home’s footprint to create a brand-new primary suite while refreshing the entire interior with modern finishes and playful, personality-driven tile selections. Kolt Construction reconfigured key living spaces, updated the kitchen and bathrooms, added custom storage, and elevated the overall flow and function of the home. With a balance of mid-century influences and contemporary upgrades, this project delivers fresh design, improved layout, and elevated craftsmanship from top to bottom.

Full primary suite expansion, including bedroom, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath
