The Evergreen Refresh project focused on maximizing impact through strategic cosmetic upgrades. As general contractors, we modernized this home without altering its functional layout—updating surfaces, fixtures, finishes, and overall flow to bring the property up to today’s standards. Dated materials, heavy wall textures, old carpeting, and worn cabinetry were replaced with clean, contemporary selections that highlight the home’s natural light and open feel. With refreshed bathrooms, a brighter kitchen, updated flooring throughout, and a cohesive neutral palette, this project delivered a high-value transformation through cosmetic improvements alone.
