Lone Oak Revival

The Hillside Revival project was a full-scale renovation designed to bring new life, function, and style to a dated ranch home. As the general contractor, Kolt Construction updated every major interior and exterior space—modernizing finishes, improving layout flow, and elevating the home’s character while preserving its original charm.

Inside, we completed full bathroom remodels, installed new flooring throughout, added custom built-ins, upgraded the kitchen with new cabinetry and countertops, refreshed the fireplace wall, and delivered upgraded finishes that unify the home. Outside, we rebuilt and expanded the deck, improved hardscaping, installed fencing around the pool, completed extensive landscape work, and modernized the full exterior with paint, trim, and curb-appeal enhancements. The result is a warm, modern, and family-ready home that feels both timeless and brand new.
