This project was completed under our full design-build model, with Kolt Construction overseeing architecture, engineering coordination, permitting, design selections, construction management, and final detailing from concept to completion. What began as a dated, dark, and failing structure was meticulously transformed into a bright, open, two-story residence featuring a completely reimagined floor plan, a luxury custom kitchen, expanded living areas, and a timeless colonial-inspired exterior. The project also included the permitting and construction of a new detached garage with a fully finished ADU, elevating the property into a true multi-dwelling estate. From structural redesign to curated high-end finishes, this home reflects comprehensive craftsmanship, elevated design, and luxury construction from the ground up.
